Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Trustif Internal CRM, staff booking tools, and related services provided by Trustif Solutions OÜ ("Trustif", "we", "us") (collectively, the "Service").

Acceptance

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Staff access

The internal CRM is intended for authorized Trustif staff and contractors only. Access is by invitation. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify Trustif promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Guest booking pages

Public booking links allow guests to schedule meetings with Trustif hosts. By submitting a booking, guests confirm that the information they provide is accurate and that they agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its security measures.
• Upload or transmit malware, abusive content, or material that infringes third-party rights.
• Use the Service in a way that violates applicable law or third-party terms (including Google's terms when connecting Google Calendar).

Google Calendar connection

Optional Google Calendar integration is provided for staff convenience. When you connect Google, you authorize Trustif to create and manage calendar events on your connected Google account as described in our Privacy Policy. You may disconnect at any time from your profile.

CRM and booking content

Staff are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of CRM data they enter. Trustif may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We try to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. Trustif disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trustif will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if continued access is no longer appropriate. Staff access may also be revoked by an administrator.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Courts in Estonia shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.

Changes
